I towed it by the owners manual's recommendation's. Which would increase the cost of the rebuild. I am just concerned if the tranny is going should I rebuild it now before if fails? I have never had a slip in a transmission that was a good thing. They are a performance shop so the material they put in are all upgrades. Or could be a U joint. U joints looked ok, but the clunk could have been that.
